Last updated · July 2, 2026

At 19:36, creating a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment is one of our highest priorities. While we work continuously to improve the safety of our platform, meaningful connections also require responsible behavior from every member of our community.

Your safety comes first

When interacting with other users, whether online or in person, please use caution and good judgment. We encourage all members to take time to get to know someone before sharing personal information or meeting in person.

Never share sensitive information such as:

  • Passwords or verification codes
  • Financial information or banking details
  • Government-issued ID documents
  • Home address or workplace information
  • Personal information about family members

If another user requests sensitive information, pressures you for money, or behaves suspiciously, please report them immediately.

Meeting someone in person

If you decide to meet someone you've connected with through 19:36:

  • Meet in a public place for your first few meetings
  • Inform a trusted friend or family member about your plans
  • Arrange your own transportation
  • Keep your mobile phone charged and accessible
  • Avoid excessive alcohol or substances that impair judgment
  • Trust your instincts and leave if you feel uncomfortable

Your safety should always be your top priority.

Reporting and blocking

Our moderation team reviews reports and may take actions including:

  • Suspending accounts
  • Permanently banning users
  • Cooperating with law enforcement when legally required

We encourage users to report concerns as soon as possible.
