• Meet in a public place for your first few meetings

• Keep your mobile phone charged and accessible
• Avoid excessive alcohol or substances that impair judgment

Fake profiles and impersonation

Financial scams

19:36 does not permit users to solicit money, investments, cryptocurrency, gifts, loans, or financial assistance through the platform.

Be cautious of anyone who:

• Promotes investments or crypto schemes
• Avoids video calls while making unusual requests

If something feels suspicious, report it immediately.

Respectful communication

Every user deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Hate speech or discrimination
• Threats or intimidation
• Sexual exploitation
• Stalking or unwanted contact
• Sharing private info without consent
• Any form of abusive behavior

Violations may result in immediate account action.

Account security

To help protect your account:

• Do not share your login credentials
• Log out from shared devices
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Content safety
